Take the A22 towards Portimão/Lagos, after 80Kms take the last exit signed Lagos/Vila do Bispo. Go straight on at the 1st roundabout and turn left at the 2nd, direction Lagos. You will find a roundabout whith a huge black ball in the centre, turn right. At the small roundabout turn left and then right. Go straight on, for about 150m, turn right and you will find Costa D'Oiro (where you have to make the check-in).
